Pastor

Dave serves as Pastor of Covenant Life Fellowship with a deep love for the church and a passion for biblical teaching. He’s also coached baseball for years at Umpqua Valley Christian School, impacting lives on and off the field. Called to ministry early in life, Dave is known for his conviction, compassion, and encouragement to draw near to God. He enjoys time with his family and being around the baseball field whenever he can.

Bill Heard

Bill serves as a Pastor at Covenant Life Fellowship, driven by his heartfelt desire to genuinely serve God’s people. He brings to his ministry a rich background as a business owner and a love for history and reading. Bill emphasizes the authority of God’s Word in teaching and equipping believers.

Dave Quilla

Dave serves as a Pastor at Covenant Life Fellowship with a unique background as both a software developer/consultant and pastor. Guided early into ministry by his pastor’s confirmation of his calling, He balances ministry with life’s simple joys—gardening, hiking, home‑brewing beer, and auto racing—bringing authenticity and approachable leadership to his role.

Stan Welch

Pastor

Pastor Stan Welch serves at Covenant Life Fellowship, faithfully shepherding the congregation with compassion and dedication. With a background in computer programming, worship leading, and music. Stan brings both technical and creative gifts to ministry. Outside of church life, he enjoys writing music, DIY projects, playing sports, and making memories with his grandchildren.
