Ministries

Connecting People to Christ and One Another

At CLF, we believe that the church is not just a place we go but a family we belong to. Our ministries exist to help us WORSHIP God, FELLOWSHIP together, GROW in Christ, and to SERVE others. Whether you’re new to CLF or have been here for years, there’s a place for you to get connected.

Children’s Ministry (CLF Kids)

Planting Seeds of Faith

We count it a privilege to serve the youngest in our church family. CLF Kids provides age-appropriate teaching, activities, and care in a safe environment. Programs include:

  • Nursery (0–3.5)
  • Pre-K & Elementary Sunday School
  • Vacation Bible School (VBS)
  • Special family events throughout the year

Community Groups

Life Together in Christ

Community Groups are the heartbeat of CLF. Meeting in homes throughout Douglas County, these groups provide a place for fellowship, prayer, discussion, and mutual care. Children are welcome, and each group is unique—but all are centered on the Word of God and gospel relationships.

Counseling

Help and Hope from God’s Word

Life can be difficult, and God’s Word offers real answers. At CLF, we offer Biblical Counseling to come alongside individuals and families with the truth and hope of Scripture. Our trained counselors provide confidential, Christ-centered care for those walking through trials, struggling with sin, or seeking wisdom for life’s challenges.

  • Rooted in Scripture, not psychology
  • Compassionate, gospel-driven guidance
  • Counseling available for individuals, couples, and families
  • When counseling women, a vetted woman will sit in for accountability and care

Men's Ministry

Building Men of Faith

Men at CLF gather to strengthen one another in Christ, encourage spiritual growth, and serve their families and community. Events and opportunities include:

  • Monthly breakfasts with teaching and fellowship
  • Men’s Conference
  • Men’s BBQ
  • Small group discipleship

Students

Rooted in Truth, Growing in Christ

Middle and high school students gather weekly to build friendships, learn God’s Word, and grow in faith. Through teaching, small groups, and fun activities, our students are challenged to follow Christ in every area of life.

Studies

Growing Together in God’s Word

At CLF, we believe that God’s Word is central to our lives and growth as believers. Our Studies ministry provides opportunities for men, women, and students to dig deeper into Scripture, learn theology, and apply truth to daily living.

  • Bible Studies – Ongoing studies for men, women, and students that walk through books of the Bible and apply God’s Word to everyday life.
  • Classes & Foundations – Courses designed to equip believers in core doctrines, spiritual disciplines, and practical Christian living.
  • Short-Term Groups – Seasonal studies and workshops on specific topics like marriage, parenting, or apologetics.
  • Theological Training – Opportunities for deeper study through programs like Theological Foundations and guided reading groups.

Sunday Operations

Serving Behind the Scenes to Care for God’s People

Every Sunday, a team of faithful volunteers makes sure our gatherings are welcoming, safe, and smoothly run. From the first greeting at the door to helping guests find resources, these ministries create an environment where the gospel can be heard and relationships can grow. Opportunities include:

  • Welcome Table – Offering a warm first impression, helping guests find their way, and answering questions about CLF.
  • Bookstore – Providing biblically sound resources to help people grow in their faith.
  • Baristas – Serving coffee and drinks with a smile to encourage fellowship and connection.
  • Greeters – Creating a hospitable atmosphere by warmly welcoming everyone who comes through the doors.
  • Security – Watching over our gatherings with care, ensuring a safe environment for worship.
  • Ushers – Assisting with seating, collecting offerings, and helping with the flow of the service.

Don't See A Ministry For You? Create one!

Every-Person Ministry

At Covenant Life Fellowship, we believe that ministry is not reserved for pastors, leaders, or a select group of volunteers—it is the calling of every believer. God has given each of His people unique gifts, passions, and opportunities to serve.

Every believer is a minister.

Ministry happens in homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and wherever God has placed us.

Gifts are for building up the body.

Each person’s contribution—whether teaching, serving, giving, encouraging, or leading—is vital to the health of the church.

Service flows from grace.

We serve not to earn God’s favor but because we’ve already received His grace in Christ.
