This Biblical Counseling Conference is designed to equip believers to grow in Christlikeness and to help others do the same. Together, we will explore how Scripture shapes the way we understand spiritual growth, encourage meaningful change, and properly motivate obedience to Christ.
Our hope is that this conference will be practical, not merely informational. Participants will be encouraged to take what they learn and apply it first to their own lives, then within their families, friendships, churches, and relationships with those God providentially brings into their lives.
Ultimately, the goal is discipleship: becoming more like Christ and faithfully helping others become more like Him as we bear one another’s burdens and point one another to the truth and sufficiency of God’s Word.

Dr. Andrew Rogers and his wife, Jenny, live in Northern California, and have two married sons, one married daughter, a daughter in college, one grandson, twin granddaughters, and another granddaughter on the way. With over 30 years in pastoral ministry, education, and missions, he serves as Executive Director of Biblical Counseling Ministries Worldwide. He holds degrees from The Master’s University and Seminary and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a Fellow and Board Member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).
