- Will this decision glorify God? (1 Corinthians 10:31)
- Will this decision be for the good of others? (Matthew 22:39)
- Will this decision continue to advance the gospel? (1 Corinthians 10:32-33)
- Will this decision benefit me spiritually? (1 Cor 10:23)
- Will this decision violate my conscience? (Romans 14:23, 1 Cor 10:25-29, Ephesians 5:8 and 10)
- Will this decision exalt me and my position or Christ?
- Is my action in this decision marked by humility or meekness?
- Will it build me up?
- Will it slow me down in the race?
- Will it bring me to bondage?
- Will it defile God’s temple?
- Will it be simply a covering for my sin?
- Will it replace the lordship of Christ in my life?
- Will it set a helpful example for others?
- Will it lead others to Christ?
- Will it be like Christ?
